This Shipping Policy explains how It Is Good processes, fulfills, and delivers customer orders placed through our online store. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within twenty four to seventy two business hours from the time of confirmation. Weekends and federal holidays are not included. Processing includes verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Orders placed after business hours or during peak seasons may experience slight delays. A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, It Is Good ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to United States territories, military addresses, or post office boxes outside the continental United States.
3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through the United States Postal Service. Services may include First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express depending on weight and destination.
In rare cases, alternative carriers may be used when necessary to ensure timely delivery.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
At It Is Good, every order is prepared with care, prayer, and intention. Many of our pieces are handmade or finished by hand, and we take the time needed to create and package each item with excellence. Our goal is that what arrives at your door reflects the heart of our mission and the truth of the Gospel we strive to share.
We work hard to process all orders within twenty four to seventy two business hours. However, because many items require handcrafted preparation, some orders may take up to one full week to be completed before shipment. If your order is above two ounces in weight, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. All orders are shipped within the United States using USPS.
It Is Good is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once the package leaves our facility, delivery timelines are managed solely by the carrier.
5. Free Shipping Threshold
Orders totaling fifty five dollars or more (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.
If a portion of the order is returned and the adjusted total falls below the free shipping threshold, applicable shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.
6. Tracking Information
If your order is above two ounces in weight, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to twenty four hours to appear.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
Check with neighbors or other household members.
Verify that the shipping address provided at checkout was correct.
Wait twenty four to forty eight hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely.
If the package cannot be located after these steps, contact support@itisgood.com with your order number and tracking information. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
It Is Good is not responsible for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.
8. Delays and Exceptions
Shipping delays may occur during high volume seasons, major holidays, severe weather, or promotional events.
9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will notify you by email. The package may be reshipped once updated information is provided and any additional shipping fees are paid by the customer.
10. Updates to This Policy
It Is Good may modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
