Return Policy


Things didn't work out? No problem! We are to happy accept returns for store credit within 30 days from the date your order is confirmed delivered.


All goods returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused (free from wear, stains, odors). Returned item(s) must have their original tags attached.


Shipping charges are nonrefundable. If free shipping was applied when placing your order, this fee will be deducted from your return.


What if my package is refused or not delivered?

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. 

  • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 25% restocking fee. 


    To make a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below: 

    • Please contact us at with your order number, to initiate your return or exchange and receive a return authorization number.

    • Complete the Return Voucher you received and kindly include it in your package.

    • Customer is responsible for return postage fees. It is advised to use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.


    Does It Is Good Issue Refunds?

    We understand at times we change our minds about online orders. If this is the case please contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery of order for a full refund. Please reference section above about return shipping. After the initial 14 days we offer store credit for any refunds, or returns up until 30 days from order.
